Strangely enough ErP S4+S5 doesn't turn off the USB ports when the PC shuts down with the Asus Strix GTX 1080 Ti card in the PC, but does it every single time with either iGPU or the EVGA GTX 1080 FE. Graphics card works flawless in my server, and my GTX 1080 which came from RMA today, works perfect in the new system as well.

I figure i just had a bad install the first time, so i retry the auto tune tool. I do more research, flash the bios to the older 1301 cap file and it works again, i'm able to post. turn on the pc, it wont post and the CPU blue led goes off. I decide to use asus auto tuning program to get a preliminary OC then tweak it from there.

I install windows 7, all the updates, drivers etc, and we're flying. recognized the cpu and we're fine and dandy. So I installed everything, flashed the bios to 1406, works great. Now that that is out of the way, here's what went down to get to this point.
